Priest

The Priests in Aion include the classes Chanters and Clerics. These classes are two of the most important ones because without them any end-game group is doomed to fail. The goal of these two classes are to buff and heal allies in battle, regardless as to if it is PvE or PvP.

These two classes are very different from one another, because they both take a completely different approach to battles. Both of these are considered as being "support," however that is the only place they are similar.

If you would like to buff your allies (both defensively and offensively) you will want to go as a Chanter. This class has many different buffs to assist yourself and allies in slaying enemies (NPC's and players).

If you would like to be a primary healer, you will want to go as a Cleric. This class does have a couple of buffs, but their primary focus is on healing.

Keep in mind that although these two classes are very, very different from one another, they are both necessities later on in the game.
