IGXE is one of the biggest virtual currency seller on the market. The company was founded in Hong Kong in 2001 and their main department is located in Chongqing, China.

Promotions - IGXE often runs a series of discounts and there are a lot of coupons available on their website. There is also a membership reward system that will grant bigger discounts on every new purchase.

Customer Support - There are several complaints about the IGXE's customer support. People sometimes reports very longs waits to get an operator, and poor english.

I have talked to them via live chat several times, and I was surprisingly pleased. Their english wasn't perfect, but was good enough to provide a good support. The wating time for the responses wasn't too bad either.

WOW Gold Prices - We have gotten 1200 gold for 8.86$, wich is one of the lowest prices we could find. IGXE also sells lower quantities as 600 gold (5.2$) and 900 gold (6.8$).

WOW Gold Delivery - IGXE have a very detailed and well explained delivery system.

Delivery via Auction Auction Items - Here you get a list of grey items, you just select one adn then you create an auction for that item, setting the buyout price equal to the amount of gold you have purchased. IGXE will buy the item and you'll get your gold.

Face to Face Trade - Here you get a form where you can set up your preferred time for the trade.

In-game Mail - "Slow and Unsafe. Since Blizzard updated their mail system. There is one hour delay for in-game mail. And the gold you purchased will be probably lost. We DO NOT recommend this trade method".

I have chosen the Face to Face method and set up a delivery time. I got to Stormwind square and their tool was there with my gold. Well done!

Overall - IGXE can be considered one of the biggest currency vendor for World of Warcraft Gold. There are some bad reviews about them, but in my experience I never had a trouble buying WOW Gold here.

They are a Chinese business, and this may cause some problems whenever something goes wrong with your order. Their support is good enough but it's clearly provided from China and shall be improved.

I will surely buy again from them in the future as I have only got smooth transactions and fast deliveries on this site.

They will most definitely tell you they are working on a service for you (i.e. powerleveling) and not even start it. It can take weeks for them to even begin, but they will lie to you the entire time and say it is important that you don't log in your character.

IGXE might work for plat sales, but everything else has to be the worst service in the world. I ordered T4 Everquest flags. The web site said it would take three days.

One week later, they hadn't even started the order. Then I spent an hour in chat, and they promised me they would start immediately. Nothing was done. Then I spent another hour the next day in chat. Nothing was done.

Then, I spent an hour in chat and made them actually log the character into the game so I could see it. Then told them to get started. When I checked back 8 hours later, they still hadn't touched the character.

Their response was: "Could you please just give us a little more time."? They ask for more time, then waste that time too.

And they bounce you from service rep. I dealt with Helen, Sue and Kristeen. All of them lied to me about times and delivery, but their goal is to just get you out of chat and passed on to the next service rep.

IGXE is a scam. Don't use them.

IGXE is great because they carry credits for games that arent supported by other sites and they are trustworthy. Though not always quick

Anyhow, I ordered 2000 millions a few days back, got it. Then I wanted some more, but didnt want to wait a week in order to get it like i did the first time (I ordered too much and anarchy online is a low volume game so they probably didnt have an easy time buying creds for me either ;P ).

Next time i start out by asking how much they have, then ask for 10 000 millions (like buying 500000 wow gold) an obscene amount they obviously dont have. They say that, I ask for 2000m, they say they have only 700 right now. I buy 700.

They deliver almost instantly

10\10 trustworthyness, speed is there if they have stock. All that matters

I don't know why so many people say IGXE is bad. I've bought my gold from them since more than 1 year ago. Never got banned, and never got scammed. Sometimes the delivery is slow, but I think it's acceptable. However, there're some support speak english not very good. They have German and French websites, but only one can speak german and none can french...

Went to IGXE last night do get them to do a level break quest for me. I talked to live help and asked when i would start and they said right away. The sale stated 8hr to complete, witch is ok i thought so i went with it. That was at 10:00pm, so in the moring i had breakfast and went online to check around 10am and nothing has changed yet. So went to live help to see if there was a problem they said no its being worked onand sould be done soon. Ok so later in the afternoon same think checked and called and they said almost done but the leveler is on break for 2hrs. K everyone need a break. So final at 9pm almoost 24hr later i the wife wanted to play but i was still not able to so i wont online with here account to see whats up. Well i find myself and ask hows it going and they tell me they just loged me in and have ot even started anything yet!! I went back to live help asked whats with the lies and they say sorry they didnt want me to worry. I ask since they have done nothing i asked for a refund but said sorry a few hours and ill have my account back and just left. Now i sould have learned i went thought these guys before and they wear slow and also lost 300k and a few high end items as well after i got my player back. Oh and they customer service sucks bad, live help n line for about 30min and tried both phone numbers and no answer on one and the other mail box is full. I wound never use them again. Ill fill you in if i get my player back and see what i lost this time.

IGXE sucks badly. Made an order with them which they cannot supply and trying to get a refund is far from funny especially when they make excuse after excuse. They never send emails or reply and are the most unhelpful customer service that I have ever encountered. Steer clear and save your time, patience and money.

Hi, I thought it would only be fair to write a review based on my POSITIVE experience. I ordered a product here and although it didn't arrive in 1 hour it did arrive in 4 hours. Hey nobody is perfect. To make up for it they gave me an extra "bonus" item that was not on my order. I think that if you have a problem with the company give them time to try and sort out your problem. The customer service, email communication and Live Chat help were very professional. Recently purchased the "Super Fast and Safe Power Leveling" service from IGXE to finish off my character from 75-80. I was quoted a completion time of 1 day, 11 hours. I promptly received a confirmation phone call (nice gesture) and within the day they had logged on and begun the leveling...ostensibly.

After 24 hours of continuous leveling, my character had only leveled 1/2 of a level (I was half-way to 76 when I made the purchase, and after 24 hours they had just hit 76). Out of curiosity, I signed on to another account and flew out to check on what my character was doing. I found my character grinding monsters, running a set path, and moving very methodically--clearly a bot.

After over 60 hours of /played time, they still haven't hit 78. Recall that they quoted me a time of 35 hours to hit 80.

In multiple communications with their customer "service," I was given canned responses and short, dismissive replies amounting to little more than, "We're working on it."

I paid extra for the "fast" service, and, at this rate, it will actually take LONGER than their "cheap" service.

Avoid IGXE at all costs. Complete scam. Once they have your money, they are in no hurry to deliver.

I would love to tell the IGXE staff once again that they are doing an enormous job helping out their customers. Earlier today I had an odd question to ask the live chat support, but Melody began to chat within seconds of opening the window. Melody was fast to respond, extremely courteous, comprehend-able, and I had no problem getting the help I needed. Been shopping here for over a year and will continue to! IGXE treats their customers with a golden respect, and that's rare in this world.

Used this company to buy a small amount of ISK for EVE Online - they delivered it promptly in-game... and the ISK was then promptly removed by a game GM the next day. Along with an email explaining that the person who delivered the ISK was a known gold seller and was being monitored.

Contacted IGXE to let them know they are using compromised accounts to deliver. Their only response is that once it's delivered they aren't responsible any longer (and why should they when they get paid either way?).

I have had many (at least 5) successful wow gold transactions. The longest of which took a day to be delivered. It's going to depend on what server you are on as to whether their service is good or bad... the same can be said for any gold seller. Think about it ... if they have no gold on a server and you order 2000 gold .. do you think they are going to spend the $25 to transfer a toon to get you your gold ... no you'll be shit out of luck. Honestly is something that all gold sellers lack. They are overseas ... once they have your money you won't get it back. I would also never trust any company to powerlevel your character. They all bot .. doesn't matter who they are they bot.

IGXE are not to be trusted. They delayed my gold purchase for a month despite numerous contact to the Live Chat and then they suddenly the order showed delivered. Nothing had arrived. I contacted their Live Chat again and the mood had changed to why hadn’t I contact them. They said the gold has been delivered and it wasnt there problem. I mean how could I be trusted as it had taken me a month to check why it hadnt been sent! I mean excuse me! They were the ones who delayed it for a month. I have received no gold at all. They sent me screenshot which supposedly showed their character sending me mail in the game with the gold in the slot but that doesnt prove anything as the mail didn’t say “Sent”. Don’t use IGXE.
