Example - Make a macro like ( /target Bog Lurker ) and keep click on the macro icon.

Netherstorm has tons of blood elves to kill. This is a total of 3 spots to farm your Scryers faction (or items to resell at the AH of course); they're basically all the same. Motes of mana/primal mana has high drop rate here, around 40-50%. Monsters are easy to kill, they drop good loots, and the zone is relatively safe so you shouldn't aggro too many things when you don't want to.
