Tauren Starter Leveling Guide

                                   Updated for Wrath of the Lich King

This guide will show you how to level a World of Warcraft Horde Tauren character beginning at level 1-15. I have listed every single quests in order for you to follow in this starting zone. Recommendation to consider while you are leveling:

Recommendation:

(1) Remember to kill mobs as you run between quests and areas, grind if you aren't at the level where the guide says you should be, and always loot! If you want to level fast you need to be fast!

(1) Questhelpers tells you how to finish your quests in the easiest, fastest manner. It includes a database of quests, monsters, and items, telling you the exact location of that dang Perfect Satyr Horn you can't find. It also computes the fastest path to complete all your quests - and gain

experience - as quickly as possible.

(2) Cartographer - a modular, lightweight, and efficient framework for manipulation of the world map. It is based on Rock and other libraries of the wowace community.

(3) Bagnon - In short, Bagnon is a group of addons that improve the way the player manages his or her inventory.

(4) Bartender4 - a full ActionBar replacement mod. It provides you with all the features needed to fully customization most aspects of your action and related bars.

Reminder: all starter races including undead, tauren, blood elf, orc, and troll, once you have reached to level 12, the main leveling guide is to go to the Barrens.

RED CLOUD MESA

All the quest givers have yellow exclamation marks over their heads. Make sure that

you do all the quests except the quests in red. Otherwise, it would be harder for you to

do the quest solo. Well, let's begin with level 1-5:

1. Accept "The Hunt Begins"

2. Accept "A Humble Task" part 1

3. Do "The Hunt Begins" @ 46,79

4. Turn in "A Humble Task" part 1 @ 49,81 and accept "A Humble Task" part 2

Take a Water Pitcher next to the water well.

5. Go back to Camp Narache

6. Turn in "The Hunt Begins" and accept "The Hunt Continues"

7. Turn in "A Humble Task" part 2 and accept "Rites of the Earthmother" part 1

8. Do "The Hunt Continues" around @ 45,88

9. Turn in "Rites of the Earthmother" part 1 @ 42,92 and accept "Rite of Strength"

10. Go back to Camp Narache

11. Turn in "The Hunt Continues" and accept "The Battleboars" "Break Sharptusk!"

12. Do "The Battleboars" @ 52,79

13. Do "Rite of Strength" @ 60,80

14. Then do "Break Sharptusk!" @ 64,77

Level 5-10 - always remember to get skills/abilities when you are in major cities.

15. Hearth to Camp Narache

16. Turn in "The Battleboars" "Break Sharptusk!" "Rite of Strength" and accept "Rites

of the Earthmother" part 2

17. Get new skills/abilities

18. Go to this coordinate @ 39,82 to accept "A Task Unfinished"

19. Go to Bloodhoof Village @ 48,60

20. Accept "Dangers of the Windfury"

21. Turn in "Rites of the Earthmother" part 2 and accept "Sharing the Land" and "Rite of

Vision" part 1 "Dwarven Digging" "Poison Water" "Swoop Hunting"

22. Turn in "Rite of Vision" part 1 and accept "Rite of Vision" part 2 "Mazzranache"

23. Turn in "A Task Unfinished" then make Bloodhoof Village your home

24. Do "Rite of Vision" by clicking the little brown pine cones under the trees and the flat

grey rocks laying around the well.

25. Do "Poison Water" "Swoop Hunting" "Mazzranache" around @ 56,67

26. Do "Sharing the Land" around @ 54,70

27. Hearth to Bloodhoof Village

28. Turn in "Mazzranache" "Sharing the Land" "Swoop Hunting" "Poison Water" "Rite

of Vision" part 2 and accept "Winterhoof Cleansing" "Rite of Vision" part 3

29. Do "Winterhoof Cleansing" @ 54,66 - Use your Winterhoof Cleansing Totem

30. Go to Bloodhoof Village

31. Turn in "Winterhoof Cleansing" and accept "Thunderhorn Totem"

32. Do "Rite of Vision" part 3

33. Turn in "Rite of Vision" part 3 @ 32,36 and accept "Rite of Wisdom"

34. Do "Thunderhorn Totem" @ 35,34

35. Do "Dangers of the Windfury" @ 34,41

36. Do "Dwarven Digging" 32,47

Stand next to the forge and click the 5 Prospector's Picks in your bags to break them and

get 5 Broken Tools.

Level 10-15 - always remember to get skills/abilities when you are in major cities.

37. Hearth to Bloodhoof Village

38. Turn in "Dwarven Digging"

39. Turn in "Thunderhorn Totem" and accept "Thunderhorn Cleansing"

40. Turn in "Dangers of the Windfury"

41. Accept "The Hunter's Way"

42. Accept "Kyle's Gone Missing!" @ 48,53

43. Do "Thunderhorn Cleansing" @ 44,45 - Use your Thunderhorn Cleansing Totem

next to the windmill

44. Do "Kyle's Gone Missing!" @ 45,43 - Kill plainstriders and get a Tender Strider

Meat - Then feed Kyle. Kyle is a wolf, he runs around in a circle around bloodhoof

village.

45. Go to Bloodhoof Village

46. Turn in "Thunderhorn Cleansing" and accept "Wildmane Totem"

47. Turn in "Kyle's Gone Missing!"

48. Accept "The Ravaged Caravan" part 1 @ 52,60

49. Do "Wildmane Totem" @ 64,59

50. Turn in "The Ravaged Caravan" part 1 @ 54,48 and accept "The Ravaged

Caravan" part 2

51. Go to Bloodhoof Village

52. Turn in "The Ravaged Caravan" part 2 @ 52,60 and accept "The Venture Co." and

"Supervisor Fizsprocket"

53. Turn in "Wildmane Totem" and accept "Wildmane Cleansing"

54. Do "The Venture Co." @ 61,47

55. Do "Supervisor Fizsprocket" @ 64,44 inside the mine

56. Turn in "The Venture Co." "Supervisor Fizsprocket"

57. Go to this coordinate @ 59,25
